This past Sunday marked the 31st Annual Restaurant Festival in West Chester, PA. Kerry Elizabeth was proud to be part of the celebration. We were lucky to have gorgeous weather and a great crowd! The day was filled with delicious food, talented artists, and fun contests; however the main draw is the award winning restaurants from Chester County.
